Who is responsible

Leaders Capital Company Limited (“we”, “us”) is the controller responsible for this website. For any privacy question or request, contact echeung@amp184.hbs.edu.

What we collect

This is a personal profile website. There are no accounts, no forms, no payments and no advertising trackers.

If you visit the site, we collect aggregate usage statistics: pages viewed, referring site, approximate region (derived from IP), device type and browser, and interaction events such as which sections were expanded. These statistics are collected with Google Analytics 4 and are used only to understand how the site is used and to improve its content.

Cookies and consent

Google Analytics sets cookies (for example _ga) that help distinguish returning visitors. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, we do not set those cookies; we may still receive a cookieless, aggregated measurement that does not identify you.

You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the page footer.

Legal basis

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for analytics cookies, and on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in measuring and improving a public website for cookieless aggregate statistics.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling for marketing purposes.

Third parties and transfers

Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC (Google Analytics 4). Data may be processed on servers outside your country, including the United States, under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. IP anonymisation is enabled.

The website is hosted on Netlify, which processes standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for delivery and security. Fonts and images are served from our own domain — no third-party font or content networks are used.

We do not sell or rent personal data.

Retention

Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months (Google Analytics default) and is then deleted or aggregated. Server logs held by the hosting provider are retained according to their standard policy.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.

If you are in Hong Kong, the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance also gives you rights of access and correction, and the right to complain to the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes

We may update this notice; the “last updated” date below will change accordingly. Substantive changes will be highlighted on this page.
